I also used the fences that were there already and built a dance cage (just sad!) I finally gave up messing around after trying to place buyable booze on retail shelves for the celebrities, because the only interaction was to serve the liquor and the Sims wandered all the way to the ground floor cafe to drink it. I didn’t experience any problems though, but I rarely played the venue because the colour scheme was an ugly mess.Īn early attempt featured the Partaeus Maximus statue, but I took it out as it controlled the entire lot (I was hoping just for the VIP room!) it was too weird seeing the Sims downstairs shopping in their undies. I was also aware that the original bar was known for having routing issues, presumably going back to when Ambitions was first released with problems arising from just one elevator in a venue with four levels. Fusion lounges are supposed to encourage Sims to work on their charisma and martial arts skills, yet apart from the bars serving exotic cocktails and having lots of mirrors in the bathrooms I couldn’t find any other way of building skills. Originally this odd shaped, sprawling building was a ‘Fusion Lounge’ with a multi-story car park but it was too much of a temptation for me to leave it alone.
